Happy Fourth of July Weekend!

Friday, July 1

We all went to the Jazz in the Park Concert in Carlsbad. It's a really great event where basically the whole city of Carlsbad goes to a big park and has a big picnic while listening to music. I don't even really listen to the music. It's just fun to hang out with the family, eat and drink.

Saturday, July 2

We went up to Nana Jeanne's house in LaVerne for a BBQ. It was a great day because it was Henry's first time in the pool. He wasn't too sure about it at first but then he really started to like it. We had a nice afternoon with the family. Alyssa, Ryan's sister, just got engaged. So we had lots of wedding to talk about. She is so excited and it is great to see her so happy. Ryan and I are really happy for her and Chad. Let the wedding planning begin.

Sunday, July 3

We went to Jim and Paula's for the day. It was another great afternoon with family and friends. The Reaney's and Sobczyk's were there too. Henry really liked the pool this time. I think the water was a lot warmer so it was a bit more enjoyable for him. It's always a great day when we get to hang out with Kayla Jo.

Happy First Fourth of July Henry!!!

Ryan had to work so he asked me to send him a picture of Henry's first reaction to fireworks.
