An adorable find at H&M one of my favorite stores for Henry's clothes. It is probably pretty true.
Once again I was able to capture Captain Henry the jet pilot but from the front. Come enjoy the ride and see how serious Henry takes his flying missions.

Henry and I were lucky enough to hang out with Auntie Randi on Monday and Tuesday. She spent the night and did errands with us all day. She was kind enough to help me out since I was due to have Taco Tuesday at my house. Ryan was off to work early and it's hard to cook dinner with Henry and no one to watch him. So Randi was a big help.
Taco Tuesday was really fun. We had carnitas tortas for dinner. We have a new couple that joined the group, Brian and Sam. They live next to Vanessa and Joel in my parent's neighborhood. You can see that Bryce is getting super big and was enjoying one of Henry's toys.

Just Henry and Mom hanging out. He was looking very dapper in his polo. He looks like a rugby player.
Very mischievous. He looks like he is up to something. Like an evil baby laugh is about to come out of him. He always looks like he is about to say something really important.

Today was a big day. A big day for Ryan. It was his son's first baseball game. We went to see the Angel's vs. Rangers game at Angel's Stadium in Anaheim. It was an awesome day. First of all it was beautiful and Ryan got great tickets (in the shade). Thank goodness because it was in the 80's. Henry had such a great day. He really enjoyed checking out the bright green grass. Then he slept for about an hour and half. Each time the crowd got super loud or clapped his eyes would go wide and then he would just drift right back to sleep.
He has a new favorite player, or his first favorite player, is Mike Trout. Trout had an outstanding game. And Henry is a good luck charm because the Angel's won.
It was just an awesome family day. It got Ryan and I so excited for when Henry will be able to sit in his own seat and really enjoy the game and the food. I could really tell that it meant a lot to Ryan. He was just so proud to have his son there with him enjoying the game. We are going to have so much fun with our little man. We can't wait!!

We went to another concert in the park with our neighbors. It was a cooler night but really nice. Sam, Brian, Joel, Bryce and Joel's parents were all there. It was a nice relaxing evening with our friends. Just a few more left for the summer. Gotta capitalize on the free entertainment.

Happy 3 Month Birthday to Henry today!!!
Can you believe 3 months has gone by? It's amazing. He is such a different baby in just another month. He is getting so big and developing so quickly I can't imagine what another month will bring.
As promised I have taken photos for Henry in the brown chair. You can really see the difference. Now he is sitting up taking up the whole chair and smiling. I just love this little man.

Today was also a bitter sweet day because we had to say farewell to my bestest friend Tess. Tess is moving to China for 2 years to teach kindergarten. Her parents had a little gathers at their house for her. It was great to see her and her family and friends. But it also began to sink in that she will be leaving (on Thursday) for a really long time. She will get to come home for Christmas, so in 5 months. I am so proud of her for following her heart and dream to travel. She is such a dear friend of mine, probably one of my favorite people and I am going to miss you terribly. I can always count on Tess to be there and she has always accepted me for me, no questions asked.
I will miss her tons and wish her nothing but the very best that this adventure has to offer. She is so brave and strong. And I can't wait for Christmas to come!
After Tess' we went to my parent's house for a quick afternoon swim. Henry did really well and seems to enjoy the water. He likes it pretty warm though and didn't last long in the pool. We also had dinner that night with the family.

We went to Ryan's work friend's baby shower, Christie and Mike. She works with Ryan and is due in September. They are having a little girl and they are naming her Charlotte, but calling her Charlee. Which just happened to be the name Ryan and I wanted for a girl. But I guess they can borrow it for now. But we want it back when/if we have a girl. It was a nice afternoon with our friends. There was probably 3 to 4 other babies there that were 3 months old. It's amazing how different every baby is. Some have crazy amounts of hair, some have none (Henry). Some are really little and some are huge in comparison (Henry). Some are tan and some are ghostly pale (Henry). And it goes on and on. It's so much fun to be part of that group now (parents). I feel like it suits us well.
These were just pictures my mom wanted of Henry in the onesie
He has outfits for Texas, Arkansas, Nebraska, UCLA, Penn State, Chargers, Angels, Padres, and it goes on and on. This poor child isn't going to have an identity. All I know is GO BIG RED, don't forget who brought you into this world.
